We supply the highest quality plants, flowers, pots and accessories and everything is carefully quality checked before sending out. In the rare event you wish to return an item here is our returns policy:
Item faulty or not as described
Please get in touch using the help widget. Include pictures showing the problem and we will either provide you with steps to remedy the issue or offer a free of charge replacement or refund for the affected item.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must let us know of any issues within the first 14 days from delivery date, items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges after this date.
Changed your mind
If you change your mind e.g. a plant does not fit your space, or you decide you do not like it.
For London postcodes beginning with E, S, W or N, we can arrange to collect items for a £5.99 charge. For all other postcodes across the UK, you will need to safely package the plant in its original packaging and arrange and pay for a courier to bring the items back to us.
Once the items have been received you will receive a refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must let us know of any request for an exchange or replacement within the first 14 days from the delivery date. Items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges after this date.
Resellable condition
To be eligible to be returned, items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. We will not accept plants back that have been repotted into other pots or tampered with.
Christmas Trees
Due to the perishable nature of Christmas Trees, we are not able to accept returns, unless the tree is damaged or broken during delivery or is below the advertised size.
If you wish to exchange your tree for another size, this can be arranged, provided the tree is still within the original netting, and there will be a £10 charge in addition to any price differences.
