Please get in touch using the help widget. Include pictures showing the problem and we will either provide you with steps to remedy or in the case of that not working we will be happy to offer a free of charge replacement or refund for the affected item.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must let us know of any issues within the first 14 days from delivery date, items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges after this date.
If you change your mind e.g. a plant does not fit your space, or you decide you do not like it, we will be able to offer an exchange or refund for you if you get in touch using the help widget. In this case we will charge a collection fee of £5.99, and any original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must let us know of any request for an exchange or replacement within the first 14 days from delivery date, items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges after this date.
To be eligible to be returned, items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. We will not accept plants back that have been repotted in to other pots or tampered with.
Due to the perishable nature of Christmas Trees, we are not able to accept returns, unless the tree is damaged or broken during delivery or is below the advertised size.
If you wish to exchange your tree for another size, this can be arranged, provided the tree is still within the original netting, and there will be a £10 charge in addition to any price differences.
