Snake Plant Mikado£28
My thin, ribbed, cylindrical leaves will stand out; like the rest of my snake plant family I'm easy to look after and great at purifying the air.
The Stem Pledge
To see me at my best
I'm basically bulletproof, I like bright indirect light, just be careful not to overwater me.

How to look after me
I prefer bright indirect light, however, I can also cope in light shade.
Water me moderately in summer, allowing the top half of my soil to dry out in-between waterings; water me just sparingly in winter.
Feed me once a month in spring and summer.
I am pretty bulletproof and can deal with dry air and draughts.
I can be top-heavy so make sure to put me in a heavy pot!.
Things to look out for
Leaves falling sidewaysYou may have over/under-watered, or your plant isn't getting enough light.
Wrinkled leavesMost likely your plant is under-watered - water moderately for a few days and they should perk-up.
Yellowing leavesUsually caused by overwatering, check for root rot.
ToxicityAll parts are toxic - keep away from pets and children.
Air-purifcationA superstar at cleaning the air, I remove toxins during the day and release oxygen at night, so perfect for a bedroom.
